Which exhaust for D16Z6?

I'm pulling a D15B7 out and putting a D16Z6 in. This car will only be used for daily driving for good MPG's. Not looking to go fast or make big horsepower. Would it help at all the put an aftermarket header on or am I better of just sticking with the factory exhaust?

yes you would want to put a header and a catback it lets the engine breath better but if you just wanna chill use it as a DD doesnt really matter cause your not looking for more power

im saying if you want some power go for it get some headers but if you dont care might as well keep it stock and get what you do care about like looks or car system
