so i have a bad piston ring im more of a body worker not a engine how much would i be looking at to get that fixed in my D16z6?
i know im bettter off just buying a new engine

it could be pulled out through the bottom, without even moving the engine from the car... But depending on mileage you might as well replace them all and possibly rebuild.

it depends on the mileage, how much $$ you have, and what you plan to do with the car.
