Re-Using ARP Head Studs?

I have ARP head studs on my d16z6. I replaced the head gasket because I suspect there was a very tiny leak. Do I need to remove each stud, put more of the ARP lube on the bottom threads & re-install? Or do I just need to put the ARP lube on the top threads when I torque them back down. A couple of the studs loosened a little bit when I was loosening the bolts, but I hand threaded them back in to prevent engine oil from seeping down in between.
