I swapped to a D16z6, and just kept my D15b7 IM on there. I have CEL 14, Idea Air Control Valve. I replaced the unit, and reset the ECU and still had the code. I was told that the D16z6 had to have a "T" fitting for the coolant lines from the IAC, under the TB, and the block. I connected them like this... line from the head into the "T". Line from the IAC into the "T". Line from the TB into the "T".
I think I have something mixed up, or i just need different fittings to make it flow better. I was wounding if anyone had any diagrams of how the flow goes.
