Gay, this crap is costing me more and more money when I didn't intend it too. O well how would I go about replacing this? Take the valve cover off grab some vice grips and start turning?

dealership or http://hondaautomotiveparts.com

Those bolts are only 8 ft/lb or 10 ft/lb which isn't much at all.
If you can grab it with vise grips then that's the way to go. If it's broken down inside, then try a reverse drill bit or easy outs.

(I broke one too once, it's part of owning a Honda  )

lol sorry. Its none of those things. The plug that goes down into over your spark plug, the bottom piece is broken of the shaft which is the ring.

do you mean the piece of metal from the spark plug wires that clips onto the spark plug?

The round cylinder that is on the end of the shaft over the spark plug, well at the very bottom piece of the shaft is a ring that is connected to it....well this particular one isn't, it's around my spark plug now lol.

Had a similar problem with a D. I simply swore a little and shoved the boot in and out a few times untill luck grabbed it.... You may also be able to grab it with a thin pair of needle nose pliers?
