is it a bad o2 sensor? like is it trash?
if so then heat can sometimes do the trick
PB Blaster always works great also

When I couldn't get mine out, I just used a torch and heated up the area a bit, came right out

Instead of using a torch to heat it, start your car and let it run for a couple of minutes. Let the Header get nice and warm, then use your socket to take out the oxygen sensor.
And yes, PB or and sort of Penetration Liquid is very bad for this particular sensor. The only way to no kill it would be to try and make sure the liquid doesnt go part the threads, meaning get it on the threads but not the sensor portion.
When you put the sensor back in, put a LITTLE dab of anti-seize and it will solve this issue.
Dont use a torch, nine times out of ten you will kill the sensor.
