can you explain it any differently?
so the car moves when you have the clutch pedal pressed?

sounds like your clutch is not working at all.

have you checked the clutch fluid and made sure the lines are bled?

Could also be a bad master or slave cylinder.

Does the pedal feel normal?

sounds like you pressing the pedal isn't disengaging the clutch. Like teal said, bleed your lines 8)

are you 100% sure all the air is out of the master cyl? I had to slam the clutch pedal down as hard and fast as I could with my foot to get the air out.

As everyone said make sure all the air is out of clutch system, if its moving with the clutch pedel down the clutch isn't working

either 1) still air in the line 2) you didn't put the clutch ball throw out bearing arm right

Was there anywork done to your car recently? any tranny work? just do the swap? has it ever worked correctly. Doing anything out of the norm before this happened?

Not being able to shift the Transmission is very odd, even if the clutch isn't hooked up it should be able to move through the gears. Might just be temporally stuck in a gear, However it could be a Mechanical problem inside the transmission.

If your shifter arm slopps around as if you don't have any gears you might have broken bolt inside the shift knuckle in the transmission. That happened to me after I played in the snow one to many times.
