the NSX has the engine in the middle of the car, With the waking action, Its very possible no water got into the engine bay.
As for the rest of the car if water came inside, which it sounds like in the video it does then if he had it parked in a garage with heaters in there he could have dried it out so no real damage would be done, maybe a stain or two.
