What may i experience if my IACV is broken?

If this is not IACV just let me know:




im currently experiencing some problems right now, i just wanna make sure if this is the root of the problem

When engine has cooled and then started, upon revving the engine, the rev doesnt go smooth; you hear a "Grr Grrr Grrr" sound first and then it goes smooth.. as if it was gargling first before going smooth @ higher rpm

just clean it out and it should make your idle fine. alot of hondas have that problem

i've already cleaned my IACV, it working fine now ;)
