- Thu Jul 25, 2013 12:25 am #334681 i just dropped in a b20b in my coupe with a b16 si transmission it does not have 3rd gear nor will it let u down shift back to 2nd from 4th gear and 2nd gear speed until i come to complete stop what do u suggest i do buy all new 3rd gear set up or buy a full rebuild kit all other gears work perfect

- Fri Jul 26, 2013 8:40 pm #334748 You're more than likely going to have to replace the hub and 3rd gear. If it's so bad it won't go into gear I'm sure those are trashed as well.
