pressure plates or what?

okay i am new to this site and i hope someone can help me. basically when i shift if i press the gas down to hard the car revs which is weird because it does not always do that, for the most part when i press the gas down it goes.I talked to a friend he said it might be the pressure plates? :?

i would assume manual...."when i shift". could be a worn clutch. your rpm's and speed should move at about the same rate. no, its not gonna be exact, obviously. try driving up a big hill in a low gear, if it feels like youre not going anywhere, chances are you need a new clutch.

kicking patrol padel harder wn rev getting higher then release clutch suddenly,si if car still running,if so,clutch worn,
