Just curious and trying to find out but what fluid is recommended for this? I was looking at some redline if any opinions on that. Thanks for the help

The Redline oil is good stuff, but you will pay about twice as much for it as the Honda fluid.
Personally if your racing or have some work done to the drive train go Redline, we use it in my buddies Skyline and it works perfect. Smooth shifts and also lowered tranny noise.
I have yet to run it in my Hondas yet simply because i haven't been able to justify the cost benefit of it.

i use 10w 30 in my trans.
or if you got the cash you can try the GM syncomesh

Asian you using standard or synthetic??
I have always used 10W-30 Mobil 1 synthetic in mine no issues, but just curious.

Honda recommends that you use either Honda MTF2 or Mobil1 10w-30.
