honda multimatic

I want a CVT transmission in my car...I know i know go manual...but i like the convenience of auto but the fun of manual...so which multimatic transmission would fit into an eg8 with the least amount of problems ?

the 96 HX was the first model to have the optional CVT... It was known for failing.

It could be possible, but you'll have to convert to OBD2 to be able to run the ECU that knows how to operate the CVT tranny.

aww ok so it really isnt worth the effort and money if it fails...thanks for the reply...thats why i use Civic-EG :P

The conversion work alone to make it work in your car isn't worth it IMO.
