Im getting a B16,and it comes with a Cable trans,now which is the best for me to do? My plans are to fully build and boost the B,now should i keep the Cable trans,or sell it and get a Hydro? And whats are the pros n cons of the cable?

Hydro is jus newer technology than the cable...
hydro you won't have to worry bout cable snapping and the clucth pedal feels alot better with the hydro.
If your going the Turbo route i'd go with the Hydro, not sure the cable tranny will take that amount of power..
oh and if your buying a new box get LSD.lol.
1 con though the Hydro cost 3x as much as the cable "as least where i live"
Its like drum brakes and Disc Brakes both do the same but disc can do a bit better.lol.
