gears pop out of place... need help

as of yesterday , my car started popping out of gear into nuetral, driving it today has done nothing but make it worse. i have to hold my 3rd and 2nd gear in or they automatically pop out. someone said this could be a throw out bearing?

Same thing happened to my buddy. We drove back from L.A when it started and it started getting worse and worse. I literally had to sit on the passenger side floor and hold it in 5th for 50-60 miles. The tranny took a shit on us the day after. Come to find out there was no tranny fluid and we broke 5th gear.

check your fluid level. It might also be your synchro's
