Flywheel Question??

Use it or not?

Or should i just scuff it down with some emery cloth...

-dont really have time to take it to get it resurfaced, but if absolutely necessary will do.

That's still in good shape, scuff it up a little with some sandpaper and then spray it off with brake clean.

You can have them surfaced its better that you do that then scuff if yourself. The clutch needs a good surface to grab to and you will not get all the hot spots off of the flywheel with sand paper or emery paper cause its deep down in the metal.

So either replace it or have it re-surfaced.

i would just replace it. i got a new one from advance auto parts for $60. :thumb:

deff replaced or resurface. you can get it lightened too while its at the machine shop :thumb:

we have an o'reilly auto parts here that will resurface it same day for like 15 dollars i think. ask you local parts store if they can do it
