gear box wineing

i have a d15 non vtec set up in my sedan but my box has started to wine im not having any troble changing gear no cruntches nothing just wines at about 2500 rpm wots the service intervalls on gearbox oil as i havent done and there nothing say ing its ever had one and the service history is up to date cheers guys ash

Definitely get some new OEM tranny fluid in there. But you're saying it whines at about 2500 rpm in every gear?

mine does the same thing in first gear. it wines very quietly if im like creeeeeping along in first but from about 2000-2500 it has a noticable wine.
my last tranny did the same thing

Mine does the same thing in my 00 I like it. Kinda sounds like a drunken supercharger
