Choosing a clutch

I saw the Streetfire.net interview with a guy from Fidanza explaining clutches to the masses of not-knowing people. (found here)

First two clutches he is talking about, is the normal round disc, and the sprung 4 puck.
According to him, the 4 puck holds about the same amount of torque as the disc-type does.
Only difference was the price.

But when do I want a 4 puck in stead of a disc type?
My best guess is the 4 puck is lighter, so you loose less power between crank and wheels... and it cools better.

if you do a lot of stop & go commuting, I would think that you want the disc for smoother engagement.

Everyone knows that civics are race cars first and daily comuters second. Its the 4 puck all day every day!!! :P
