ft. lbs. for Final Drive bolts?

Not sure on how mogh to tighten the bolts holding the Final Drive to the LSD.
They are the reverse thread bolts, I heard 74 ft lbs and I also heard 85 ft lbs. They were a bitch to get loose, is thread lock needed when tightening them back down?
