I have been using Castrols Full Syntech 10W40 for about 6 years now
changed the oil every 2 years. The color of the oil comes out clear after
2 years of use. 93 Civic Si Hatch D16Z6 5 Speed.

10w works great, it's what I use.
If you can try to use Honda MTF, it's as easy as pouring water

I've heard dozens of times never use synthetic in our tranny's because it is too detergent.
10-30 dino or Gm syncromesh.
The MTF is "supposed" to be to thin ...iunno. I use Gm synchromesh. perfect =D
