If not, your thermostat may be stuck open.
Is your coolant full? If not, you have air in your cooling system. bleed the coolant/ radiator.
If it is not either of those, your heater core may be clogged or gunked up. It's not a fun job to replace one. (You'll be removing the dash & blower motor )
One more thing to check is that the lever for the cool/hot adjustment on the climate control is working. It connects to a cable which goes to a box on one of the hoses going into the center firewall in the engine bay. The box is only a couple inches. If it is rusted up, it may not be opening and letting hot coolant to the heater core.
