All cleaned up:

I was pleasantly surprised with the design - padded sides, and a foam-lined lower pocket so stuff doesn't rattle if it rolls around in there. I am seeking a DIN-sized replacement for the cupholders that got usurped, though. Definitely a convenience that I miss and will replace the fold-down pocket/tape holder.
