has anyone had difficulties installing these?? for some reason im having the hardest time installng mine. it is a geniune honda part. came in a honda box honda instructions. everything doesn't seem to be fitting correctly. im using a bit of force to try and make it fit, and the holes and stuff don't line up. there is no difference between 92 and a 95 console alignemt?

i had hell with mine. just takes a little elbow greese.

its actually not that hard. it takes a little time but its fairly easy


what you want to do after you have taken your cup holder piece out it should have that little plate and some spaces and 4 screws install that put that centre piece back in then install the cage and bolt that up it should be 2 10mm's that bolt to the plate and 2 screws that bolt to under the dash where it aligns up and its cake from there.

the peice that bolts up to under the dash holes would not line up.
also how the hell do you fit a deck down there?

i couldn't fit my deck in there.

Did you happen to buy a Right Hand Drive audio console or a Left Hand Drive audio console. It makes a difference. Pics please.

i couldnt tell you if it was a RHD or LHD. i bought it of a guy here. how will i know the difference. will have pics up later today.

cigarette is on rhd if it is lhd car and if it is on the lhd the ligther will be on the right.

cage is the same.

the cover is a little different

its a little hard to line up the cage but when you get it in.(if you are using stock radio/cdplayer) you can bolt up the radio plate to the back of the radio and then bolt the plate at the back of the cage. and everything else is pretty much easy.

the cig lighter is on the righ hand side. the cage kinda fits. the angle bracket doesn't bolt up to the two holes underneath the dash. its not a stock radio/cd player. after market.

You have to take the din bracket out to fit a deck in.
