Civic EG

does anyone know if the map light came stock in any of the sedans? I was thinking about picking one up but i dont want to if i would have to jimmy-rig the entire set up.

map light as in the light on the roof? or like how the integra had it in the front?

no civic was produced with the light up front like that, i've seen them put in and wired to the dome light but it can be done without it being ghetto

actually let me rephrase that for you no US civic.. some Japanese civics have the map light up front.

ok cool. I thought that the USDM hatch and the coupe sometimes got the map light. What it your guys opinion of the map light retro fit out the teg, does it look good or does it look out of place?

its not really all that hard to wire up and install.. you can trace around it the spot on the head liner and i think it should have existing holes to screw in.. but you have to wire it.
