Hi everyone can anyone help me ! my eg6 door panels ratle alot
when i close them and some times when i hit small road bumps.
i can also hear plastic ratle sound from the back ..i am sure everything is put together properly.. i think there is a big gap in the midle of the door panels and the metal door..i was thinking of tapping the inside and using some expandable poliurathane foam to fill in the gap..anyone got any ideas..i read the thread about external sound reduction but this is another deal...

sounds like some lose stuff. but its commone in older cars. just have to find out exactly were in the door the sound coming from. take off the panel and close your door over and over till you pinpoint the rattle. then you will have a better idea as of how to fix it. like loose bolt or need some new door panel clips.

check for loose rails or maybe the bracket in the middle that the lil side pocket screws to. is the screw there missing or loose?

everything seems to be put together ok.. when i apply abit of presure from the inside on the small poket side the plastic squicss!! and when i tap the panel it sounds really plastiky..is there a way to stiffen the panel to make it more reged..???
