What could cause ths to happen? I have a 92 sedan.

Maybe a bad relay or a fuse.

fuses are all good. Any other ideas?

pull your driver door panel off and see if the main switch is pluged in. i had this problem once and i forgot to plug in the lil black ground.

power windows and locks won't work. please help.
