So has anyone else ever noticed that on the climate control knob/switches there is a little line of semi clear material that looks like it might light up. I took mine all apart and looked at it how it was structured and it looks like the light from other lights could be passed through a couple of other pieces of clear plastic. Does anyone know if the knobs are supposed to light up?

Yup, it is supposed to light up, but although I've installed LED's in mine, they don't. A guy at the bulgarian Honda forum did it, but never put a DIY out, so I can tell you what to do. I will ask him, because I want to light them up also, but I suppose he glued SMD diodes to the knobs... I suppose.

Btw, at night I can see a trace of light going through them, but not even close to what it should be, and what I expect it to look like.

That would be cool because I think that it would look better if they were as bright as the rest of the dash lights
