Car: 92 hatch

The handle to the glovebox broke off so now I have to use a flat head to open the glovebox. Do I need to replace the whole glovebox or can I just buy a handle? If it's just a handle, is there a diy on this?

Just pull a hadle off from the junkyard.
Lucky if you find one as there kind of "rare" now. It took me a long time to find a glovebox for mine because all the handles were taken from them.

Will the replacement handle fit where the broken one was supposed to be? How will it attach? Is it attached by using the silver pin looking thing?

Get the glove box open and undo the two Philips screw and the handle/latch unit will fall out
