Sound Deadening!

To rid myself of it and reap the weight loss benefits or leave in and enjoy a semi quiter ride? Any suggestions really like to know if you have removed and how loud does it make the car on the road.

Doesn't Really bother me, i removed the whole rear interior n sound deadening, but it can get annoying on long motorway trips.

Yeah gonna grab some dry ice and lay it down and get to chipping away.
