#76532 3m makes a spray on adhesive. from what i hear you can drill out the spots holding the panel on and use the adhesive to put the fabric on. then just use interior screws to put it back on the door panel.
never done it but sounds easy enough

Its 3M "super 77" spray on adhesive. My drill isn't working so I just got a lighter and a kitchen knife and melted/scraped the pastic rivets off. easy enough. The hardest part is making sure the fabric doesn't have wrinkles or creases when you lay it on the door panel. start from one end of the door panel and work your way to the other side, taking your time. The first attempt of mine, I had to redo the whole damn thing because i tried to lay it all down at once.

hope this helps. :thumb:
