this is my car i bought if about a year ago with the swap the only thing that was wrong with it was that it didnt run
this was the first time i saw it
me walking around it
following home behind my buddies truck
old nasty white valvecover
re-painted by a friend while i was at work
car up in the air getting front suspension clean and swapping in crossed drilled and slotted rotors
old supension before i cleaned it
what it looks like today
wheels i bought from the same guy i bought the car from
(does anyone know what rims these are cant find out what there are any where)
after we got it all back together
just another pic of the car
and the fruits of my labour
and the reason the car wouldnt start was be cause there was a plug under the dash unplugged and my buddy plugged it in and she fired up on three cylinders cause we had a spark plug out
had three days off from work so me and my friends started a heart transplant just for another built ls b18a1 tha has eagle rods, cp11.5:1 comp pistons, custom ground cams so it immitates vtec all the time, aem tru time cam gears, we did the swap in four days but that was working mostley at night.
needless to say we finished it and i drive it daily now in the canidian winter so my plans with the other motor is boost and alot of it
the block is at the machine shop now i just have to wait for the pitons to come in at mopac performance in langley bc
im re doing the whole head with crower parts cams valves spring retainers etc..
so as i get more parts more pictures will be added
