Hello, A new Civic_EG member from Scotland here!!!
Here's some pics of my civic. It's a black EG6 SIR-S which has been fitted with a B18C6 engine from a UK Type R Integra. The car was imported from Japan in March 2006 and the engine was fitted during summer 2006. The engine is standard except for a DC Sports 4-1 manifold, decat pipe and Buddy Club Pro Spec Exhaust. It has a full set of Cusco Coilovers & Strut Braces, and runs on a set of 15" Sprint Hart CP-F wheels.
Here's a few pics of the car when I bought it.
I finally managed to get the car washed and polished last weekend and got some new pics of it. Not the best pics in the world, think I might need to invest in a new camera!!!
Had a bit of a disaster too when cleaning the car. After washing the brake dust off one of the front wheels I discovered that two of the spokes were cracked straight through!!!! Glad I haven't been blasting round too many back roads with a cracked front wheel!!!!
So I had to replace the Sprint Harts with a set of Racing Beat split rims that I had sitting in the garage. Not too sure how it looks TBH, but they are kind of growing on me now.
The car is very clean & straight but needs a wee bit of tidying in the engine bay. As soon as I've moved house I'll get that sorted out though!!!
