He put the carbon bonnet on it because somebody reversed into it whilst parked at work (halfords southport)

Have the rear arches been fixed now? as he sold it because of rust

diff car mate think the old 1 got used and abused n scraped i jus got the parts

- Wed Aug 20, 2008 9:39 pm #66830 I "know" of this car from car 5 years ago and it was a shed then! I am assuming by now the ownership count is well into the mid teens! Good to see it has somehow survived and hasn't been scrapped!

Good to see the leather is still intact. The rocker cover is still the same and everything in the engine bay has been left untouched. Hope someone has cleaned the metal air filter by now! The wheels are Compomotive MOs and are very buckled, very hard to balance tyres fully.

The ABS doesn't work. Good to see that hopefully the rear quarters have been fixed. Both sides are skimmmed with filler and rust and did have an arch trim kit fitted to them.

The carbon bonnet is there because the car was reversed into by a 4x4. The bonnet pins are there because the slam panel is twisted and the bonnet lock doesn't line up.

The front lower cross member behind the front bumper is buckled due to a dodgy AA man with a trolley jack. If not repaired it should still be covered in Waxoil to prevent more rust.

Hope the engine oil sump gasket has been changed.

One question to the owner. Is the boot build still intact?

And I concur with the Lexus cr*p. Get rid of it and put the standard look red/clear versions on like it actually used to have previously!
