what do you think about those camshafts are they any good on a turbo project ?

- Wed Apr 21, 2010 12:57 pm #188957 ive never heard of nippon making cams before, id find out weather there re-grinds or not, from the description and by the price id say they are, personally i dont care for re grinds, id just get adj. cam gears and use your stock cams for a boost setup... but thats just my opinion... id spend your money somewhere else...

i personally wouldnt go with a block guard, that is my opinion, if your considering a block guard, you would be better off to go with a full sleeve, but that is major $$$$ and quite frankly not worth it for your power goals...

and for the hp your looking at id say 440cc inj would be just fine,
as far as a clutch i would recomend either a act, exedy, or a zoom, i have used all 3 and they are of good quality... act being first choice hope this helps

I would use larger injectors than this for a 300whp goal, you can always tune the injectors down.... might as well get 650 or 750s
