your right it is a lot of good info ive read it a while back, he is simply asking what internals he should do on his ls/v with a jrsc.
I recommend using the gsr oe compression ratio. you could do a stock rebuild as the charger is designed around stock internals anyway, you can apply 10psi of boost to a oe b series and be fine with a supercharger, make sure you have a good tuner
you can order a higher boost pulley and if you plan on raising the boost of it, you
could go forged internals, in the b series the rods are the weakest link especially in an ls
(im going off the info you have which is limited)
make sure when ordering your pistons you get the right size obviously and make sure they are vtec pistons, if you change the cam size your ls does not have valve reliefs cast into the pistons like the vtec counterparts
eagle makes a good solid rod
pistons....
if your strapped for cash you can go with supertech I have used them in the past with success, with aftermarket pistons be sure you purchase the ring kit for the pistons you are going to use
when you decide to or not to go with a bigger pulley on the jrsc get bigger injectors as well
a lot of used jrsc kits don't come with everything you need this is the number you call and web address for parts
