So picked up my 100$ turbo kit, its greddy actually but the guy says the turbo seal is blown so oil is getting into it. Is that an easy fix or would a person just buy a rebuild with warranty on it?

Look in the DIY list, there's a DIY on rebuilding a t3 turbo. Yours may be slightly different, but it will give you a good idea of what is involved
