Have you tried just getting a new o2 sensor?

The CEL eliminator is typically used in an OBD-II vehicle with a test pipe. The ECU uses the secondary O2 sensor simply to make sure the cat is working properly by comparing the readings from the primary to the readongs of the secondary.
Using the CEL eliminator on a single O2 sensor system will alter your fuel mapping and consumption because the O2 sensor won't be reading all of the exhaust gases.
Is your ECU chipped/tuned or are you using the adjustable FPR that came with the JRSC kit?

I got the same issue with my 1992 civic eg. But i've decided to take it off and buy a new one. o2 sensor that are faulty may cause poor gas mileage, might also be emission test failure and various driveability problems. You'd be better off just spending some bucks.

So you've tried fixing everything except what the code tells you the problem is? Good job. It says the O2 sensor is having a problem so you replaced the gas cap and the ECU ... that makes a whole lot of sense.
Personally when something tells me there is a problem somewhere (such as the O2 sensor) I usually check that first, before I try other possibilities.

We established at the beginning of the thread that code 43 had to do with the o2 sensor.
