fuel pump and stock injectors

- Fri Jul 01, 2011 10:23 pm #261902 Hey guys love the site very very useful.... OK my question is how much boost can a stock injectors and stock fuel pump can handle? If its possible and it's a stock single non-vtec ZC? I want to use a homemade turbo setup. Turbo is off an 95 eclipse turbo welded to hf manifold custom 2.5" down pipe. Thanks

- Sat Jul 02, 2011 2:00 am #261919 You can't really rate your fuel system by the amount of boost. different turbos create different power at the same boost. Plus all of the other components in the system like cam type, valves head porting, intake, turbo manifold type and design, downpipe and exhaust size/muffler... lots of variables. Decide how much horsepower you are building your turbo setup to achieve and then we'll help you choose a fuel pump and injectors to match your power goal. :thumb:
