For your boost level and compression ratio those numbers aren't bad. The 9.1 compression is what's making it not as easy to make HP. If you had 10.1 pistons with your boost level you'd probably be closer to the 300 to 325 HP mark

For a side note a friend had a gsr with 9.1 and h beam rods. On 13psi he made about 290 wheel HP Stock gsrs can make between 310 to 325

If you want more power you'll need more boost. Did you sleeve your block? If not I wouldn't exceed your current boost level.

But your really close to 300 right now, capping your exhaust off may get.you closer. Only a dyno session will tell. Where are you at in Va.. Jw ?

it just needs more boost!

numbers seem about right for that turbo. My LS is running a smaller turbo (evo 8 16g) so it spools up really quick giving my car an awesome torque curve but with less HP. At 11psi mine made 238wtq @ 4000rpm and 236whp @ 6200rpm on a 100% BONE STOCK b1

you got forged pistons/rods and a better flowing head.. crank that ish up!!

^^ motor is COMPLETELY stock with possibly more than 150k miles on it. well over 100k for sure

I have a low mile JDM B18b sitting in the garage. depending how long the current holds up will determine how built up the other one gets

I'm honestly impressed with what a stock ls can hold, my first boosted motor was an a1 and it.made 3 30psi passes up the street with the waste gate line hooked up wrong , it was an error I made hooking stuff up and didn't notice.it.till the 3rd time I ripped on it. I figured something was up when a stock turbo ls ate rev Limiter in 5th gear with ls gears and LSD.

Once I got everything fixed and it was on7psi the engine lasted a ling.time before it finally gave out, I'm sure its lasted longer if it.didn't have 30 psi blown through it
