ok lets say i wan to paint the manifold and exhaust hosing side to the turbo what steps would i have to take to do that exxactly ?..

Look into ceramic coating. Those parts get extremely hot and even though there's high temp paint you can do it yourself with, such as VHT, I've seen professionally ceramic coated turbos and manifolds and not only do they look much better, they also last a lot longer.
