Posted: Fri Oct 19, 2012 1:12 ami didn't even think about this when i built my car about that im gonna have to get one and install it and i new that it wouldn't go pass the waste gate spring but someone told me it could harm the engine with out it i was just double checkig

If you want to keep it simple, get a manual boost controller. Hallman makes a good one that isn't too pricey. I'm happy with my Hallman mbc. You won't be able to adjust on the fly while driving - get the psi where you want, get tuned and you're done.
