You can get them perfect if you weld the front of a coupe fender with the back of a sedan one. Then use a coupe hood.

I just put on modded the bumper to fit onto a Sedan, then stuck it on the sedan, Doesn't fit perfectly but IMO is on good enough.

@CCR85
The color is pretty close, but not a match. Its good enough for now.

#177736 you should do some fiberglassin' around the bumper arches and match the arch. then paint it over again. BTW there is a guy in PHX, AZ that sells oem paint in a spray can for $20. i guess he has lots of variety too :?

#195838 I havn't kept this up to date for a long time.

The D15b7 in it was pulled to make place for the orignal d15b7 to go back in with a new head. The New head burned oil like non other, Valve guide had to be be bad.

I decided to swap in my D16z6 swap into it and it Ran Awesome for about 30 seconds until i blipped the throttle and the the heard horrid crunching noises and the engine stopped, the cam gear spinned with timing belt, however the bolt stopped spinng.

So this has the d15b7 I pulled from my Red sedan in it. It runs good and gets good fuel econemy, However the water pump sounds like it has issues.

This car eats D Series Swaps  I Dont really feel like swapping anything else into as nothing goes easily on this car. Its almost like its cursed.

The Current D15b7 is drivable, and I will probally just drive it as is until this d15b7 pop's. The Car is currently Sitting as a Back up car incase something happens to the Delsol, or I want to carry more then a Single Passenger.

#196505 wow man, what the hell? this thing really does eat engines..

did the z6 bottom end just let go right after you swapped it? and is this the 2nd or 3rd b7? and where do you keep getting engines from?

so i'm assuming you just don't drive this guy very much

History of Engine Swaps:

1) D15b7(1) - Stock D15b7 It came with that lost a valve driving to portland. Smoked when I got it.
2) D16z6(1) - DoA Engine from Craigslist
3) D16z6(2) - D16z6 bottom end from Purple Coupe and head from D16z6(1) Didn't Start, Turned out to be bad fuel injectors.
4) D15b7(2) - Pulled from my Red Sedan. Was going to drive this until I put in a rebuilt d15b7 or ls swap
5) D15b7(3) - D15b7(1) With head pulled from a Junked Car, Put the Intake Manifold from the D16z6(2) on it. It Pulled like a champ, However also smoked like one. Bad Valve Guides in head
6) D16z6(2) - Since I figured out the fuel injectors where the issues I swapped this engine back in agian and figured it desirved another chance. Ran 30 seconds before the cam stopped spinning bending valves.
7) D15b7(2) - Put this engine back in so the car moves under its own power. It runs fine, Has a CX Transmission so it gets good fuel economy however the water pump is going out and makes an annoying whine.

The D16z6 head is what went. the cam gear has a cotter key built into and that sheared off.

This was driven for maybe 20 mins after the 7th swap. Then it Sat, and still sits currently, In the same spot it sat when it was waiting for a new engine about a year ago. It will be there until I get a new place that's home owner association isn't such anti-car duchebags.

I'm Very Discouraged by how the car spits out swaps. I dont find myself wanting to work on this at all, especially with the Delsol as my current daily. Part of me is very tempted to Swap out the Denjis with stock headlights and Sell the car, then sell the Denjis on here with all my Extra EG/Sedan/Coupe Parts. If I do sell it I'm going to Try to get a 99-00 EX Sedan.
