What color is a combo for the engine bay with the blue or gunmetal?

I've had several thoughts i wanted to do the camo off modern warfare 2 the blue tiger stripe or the red tiger stripe :twisted: :? but no idea where to start with that design

- Wed Aug 24, 2011 2:25 am #268689 I personally like same color engine bays or just a few shades lighter or darker than body. I think the tiger stripe would be sweet but that's a lot of work IMO but def worth it.. As far as where to start I would look online for a good pic of what you want blow it up so it'll take up the whole page print it off and hang it somewhere in the bay and start taping using that pic as a visual reference. I find it easier to recreate things when I have something to look at

That one I can't help you with I personally have no idea I just know the brand names like duplicolor and house of kolor

One thing I been thinking about is the use of bed liner in certain areas like engine bay, front lip, and pulling up the carpet and using it on the floor

thanks just looking around right now ill have the flat black look for awhile :D

no progress on my car yet too many things i got going need to sell my stuff so i can get my sedan back on the road i didn't think i would still have it sitting in the garage :(
and it also blows because everyone is raising their prices for everything the jdm d15b used to be $500 now its $650 and $700 in some places!! :x

im so close just need a few things
clutch kit
axles
rear disc brakes
40/40 prop valve
JDM D15b: timing belt, belt tensioner, water pump, maybe head gasket and ARP head studs

also some bushing for the rear lcas i got some Blox with bad bushings

I got to get this running by this year but work has been really slow lately hopefully before winter get this running so check out my for sale threads and buy stuff!!!! :woot: :lol:

Looking for a good filter you guys got any suggestions?

And cleaned the engine bay getting it ready for paint might do minor wire tuck this is my first time doing this any tips, suggestions, or warnings are welcomed :thumb:

Haha f series :lol: yeah might get my motor today :woot: but I'm going to get gaskets and belts before it goes in :thumb:
