#171582 Well, I haven't been here in a while!
The ride I used to own had a B16A2 swap at that time, and I installed an SSAC turbokit in september '08... wich ran GREAT by the way :thumb:
Here's a video; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kV3EgRN_g6s

But, I kinda got bored with it all, and I noticed that the really cool cars from Japanistan are about half the price of their Dutch counterparts when put up for sale in the UK.
And since selling my Civic made buying such a car from the UK possible, I decided to put it up for sale and hope for the best.
Sold it after two months, in may of '09, and went to the UK... with 'some cash' in an envelope and two other guys.

So... this is what I bought; http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2jDKiTAqcrQ

And then there's the plans... the car was near stock when I bought it, except for the bodykit, wheels, airfilter and exhaust.
A stock Skyline is NOT impressive... for from it.
It just looks good and sounds good too, but the feeling is... sluggish; no crisp suspension like the Civic, no explosive power like the Civic, absolutely not near the economy of that same Civic (R33 14 miles to the gallon, EJ2 21 miles to the same gallon)... and the interior quality is GM-ish.
So, that was and still is a bit of a bummer... but, I'm a tall guy, so I don't even remotely fit in a S2000, and I want rwd or awd; unfortunately no Honda for me.
If a car is disappointing, but has potential, you should make plans... and here they are;
PLANNING/CHANGES:
List may be changed or expanded at any time, it's in random order ;)
- engine; bigger turbo (GT30 or S258), top mount tubular manifold, TiAL 38mm V-band wastegate + screamerpipe, Injector Dynamics 725cc injectors, d/p + mani will be ceramic coated inside and out, either sideflow mod or GReddy-style, Vipec p-n-p EMS with MAP/IAT-sensor setup (and very very likely, a lot more)
- drivetrain; ACT six puck clutch (type HDG6), Nismo big clutch cylinder and pivot, braided clutch line, light weight flywheel
- brakes; Wilwood 345mm front brakes, we'll see what to do from there
- suspension; complete Driftworks pro-handling suspension package, 18" wheels (model to be decided, prob. Rota Grid, 8.5 fr and 9.5 rr, similar offsets to what I own now), complete set of Ultra Racing braces and bars fr/rr (and probably much more)
- interior; black Driftworks/Cobra bucket seats (Suzuka edition), black Driftworks drivers side 3" four-point harnass

Then there's the bodykit; I hate it... but the car was well maintained and the seller was an honoust guy.
So I have stock bumpers/skirts/spoiler waiting for paint in the garage, wich should look much better.

Well... thats's it for now, I'll throw in some pics tomorrow (now 1:54AM) ;)

I'm still working on the engine bay, but it's either too cold, or snowing... and I have to work outside.
So when it get's a bit better in march or so, I can start cleaning everything up and placing that fan controller were I want it, etc;
