Sounds similar to Chrono's 99 Hatch getting totaled after he got his B20 in and tuning completed. He ended up getting a DelSol with the insurance pay off too.
Don't settle with the insurance too quickly. Let them play their game, hold out for what is fair. Pictures and a good list of your mods will help.

You will like the DelSol, I have driven both Chrono's Hatch and DelSol. The DelSol handling is superior by far. And that was after swapping the Engine and suspension from the Hatch over to the DelSol, so they were the exact same parts.

Look for a For Sale thread here in a week or so.

And I'm working on getting all $2600 in receipts piled up and put in order. And I have quotes from Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds, as well as an average price on Craigslist.

I've got all of my bases covered. I will not accept anything less than $3k, and expect at least $3500 from them.
