#233510 was about a half mile from my house on my way home from work. a guy in a 07 taurus 'tried' to make a blind left turn and t-boned the shit outta the c-class..

i'm alright, got a little whip lash from it and gonna leave the medical side of the claim open till i know i'm alright. went to the hospital after it happened so it's documented.

as far as the car goes, the guy who hit me did have full coverage so it'll be paid for. shitty part is, my 98 contour is only worth $1800 in perfect condition which sucks cause it was a great running car with only 100k on it. it'll be tough to replace with the bullshit offer i'm sure i'll get from them.

they picked it up thurs to take to their 'facility'. we'll see how long they dick around with it.. i already know it will be totaled.

RIP C-class

she was still rolling after the collision and so was the other car. i didn't see him stop right away so i busted a u-turn and was ready to go into hot pursuit. it wasn't gonna go down as a hit-and-run.. he would of ended up with a 2.0 Zetec motor in his back seat and on the evening news!

#233511 Shit son that sucks! Good thing he didnt run so you didn't have to 'ram his ass'.

But yeah... go the the chiropractor and after a visit or two, if there isnt a massage therapist in the same practice, ask if they recomend one.. submit all that or get a lawyer to do it, which I recommend so they can deal with the BS from the insurance company and you'll get more $ from it.

Glad you're alright though.

#233570 Also never take the first offer they give you. They are given wiggle room to work with. Sorry to hear about what happened but thankfully your okay.

if you looking to pick up anouther cheap quality car look at the Second Gen Acura Legend. Claimed by many to be the best acura ever made and they went down hill after they went to the RL's. 0-60 in the 4speed autos is 6.0seconds, the 0-60 in the 6speed manual is 5 seconds. Since they are so off the rader they are cheap. I will get one once I find a 6speed model.

Good luck on getting the most money you can from the insurance company and getting a new set of wheels.

there's actually a nice legend for sale locally. it's a tan 94 sedan 5 speed but like most all the others has high miles..

don't know what i wanna get. thought about gettin something newer but really don't want a car payment. i got one of pops' shop trucks that i can use as long as i need so i'm in no hurry. i'll wait for a good deal to come up
