If it doesn't it means they will pay out more money. Fight as long as you can so you dont loose your Sick EM1. Also 4825 for an EM1? Cant get one for that money up here.

I know where your at right now as I was there earlier in the year. I know your pissed and want to beat the shit out of the kid that did this to you. However you can do one better. Take his insurance for all you can and his rates will go much much higher. That will hurt him alot until hes 25.

So I got a call from the insuence and they said that due to the fact that the car didn't have any insurence @ the time of crash they can not cover my loss that I need to presue the people involved in the accident...

Ok so this morning I set up a meeting with the father and son to see what can they do for me...

So I'm waiting @ bk and the son comes without the father and I ask "where ur dad" he's like "oohh he's at work"... so that kinda pissed me off but I let it go... anyways we sit down and the first thing that this kid says was "we don't have any money to give u"... I was like " so first urdad couldn't man up to see me and u waist my time coming out here to tell me something u could have told me over the phone!!!???" The kid was like :shock: :headscratch: "idk what to tell u but can I pay u in payments of 150 a month or give u my car???" And the car that he talking about is the same car that was in the accident

Then I was like "look tell ur dad to either write me a check for 6g's or get a loan... or else I'm taking u and ur dad to court and then u gonna pay me more..."

This little fucker was like "how do we go get a loan???" Lmfao :lol:

Can u believe this shit???

id say fuck the small talk its obvious they are going to just play the waiting game and to be honest unless his car was a k20'd highly modded honda/acura thats the only way id take his car .....plus wtf didnt he have insurance on the car? or wait was i reading that wrong and he was the one who didnt have insurance?

any how really there is only one way i feel to deal with people who pretty much waste your time and thats take them to court before its too late then they will wake up and hopefully shovel you the cash....

yea i figured and why the heck was he driving without any insurance on his car retarded....anyhow i wish you goodluck and hopefully you can get more money then you could ever have hoped for because its personal property damage, and it seems like they are playing a mental game or they are mental themselves .......but i guess you are a better man then i id give them one day lol i dont trust too many people anymore....

- Fri Oct 29, 2010 12:39 am #220581 If the car was his parents car, which if he just started driving it most likely is. His parents insurance WILL Cover it. If he does't get anything to in the next 2 days Have your Lawyer both after the People involved in the Wreck and the Insurance Company.

Also so you dont have to wait in the bullshit time game, your insurance will cover everything -500 bucks if you had full coverage or uninsured accident insurance. Its on all my cars since All the Mexicans locally dont have insurance and I dont wanna be stuck holding the bag and a totaled Civic.

Actually on Second thought, I would go to a Lawyer Right now(well tomarrow as there probally closed now), Go to one of those car crash lawyers the "dont sign anything until you talk to us" lawyers. They know how to get money from insurance companys. and they get a % however they will do there best to get every Dollar they can so they get there precentage off of it.

Also when you got the police report was it mentioned that the other driver didn't have insurance?
