Do I just unscrew the bolt, take the crank pulley off, then slip a new on back on?

I tried to unscrew it but the whole damper spins with me as i turn the bolt. What do i do??

#134443 can you snap a pic or two? serpentine belt is just accessories to at least if it goes your timing won't be screwed.
So you need to find a way to hold that pulley still while you turn the bolt?

Is there holes in the pulley or is it solid?
