#111350 you got hosed. you are better off selling that bottom end for scrap and getting a b7 or a y7. to start with

#111360 the pistons dont have the correct Number of valve reliefs. so i would say no.

#111385 The D15b8 8Valve CX Engine has reliefs for 16valves. I dont know about the D15b6 Though.

If you have the block take pics of the pistons, post them up and we will let you know if they are 8valves or 16valves.

#111449 I had a crx hf with that motor and it definately dose not have the correct number of valve releifs. that is a true 8v motor while the cx motor only has a 8v head the bottom end of the cx is good for both.....

So in conclusion you should look for any of the following.....D15b2,D15b,D15b7,D16z6,D16y7,D16y8,or the sohc ZC there is probaly more but im just gonna go with that list for now since im not up to date on all the others but im getting there....
