I'm curious to know how D15B7 will respond to having all of the bolt-ons. I know that in my platform, (Nissan Sentra w/ a QG18DE) open headers and a full exhaust cause a drop in torque. The reason I mention that is because VTEC engines typically don't have much low-end torque to begin with and they rev high, usually peaking power in the upper RPM region. In that case, it makes sense to try and raise the high-end horsepower as much as possible. But in the case of a non-VTEC Honda engine, how would one go about tuning it?
The d15b7 isn't much to start with, and there isn't much more you can squeeze out of it with just bolt ons.
